CulturalandmusicaltiesbetweenRussiaandFrancearegrandanddiverse; mutualinterestamong art figures has never ceased to exist.Activecooperationbetweenthetwocountriesdevelopsinmanyspheresofcreative, artistic, and humanitarian work.Bothsidesfocusonworkingoutastrategyofculturalpresenceabroadanddeveloping cultural and scientific diplomacy.

Selectedarticleswillbepublishedinthe scientific periodical of the Novosibirsk Conservatoire “JOURNAL OF MUSICAL SCIENCE”which is included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission.TheOrganizingCommitteereservestherighttoselectandrecommend the articles for publication. Reporttimelimitis 20 minutes.Toparticipateintheconferenceyoushouldsubmitanonline applicationbefore 5 March, 2021on the conference webpage:https://www.nsglinka.ru/konferencii/
Financial terms. Travelling and accommodation expenses of the conference participants shall be covered by the organisations sending them. Registration fees will not be taken. Theconferencewillbeheldinpresenceoronline (dependingonrecommendations set at the moment of the event). Inbothcasesitispossibletoparticipateinitviavideo-conferencing.Iftheeventisheldonline, allparticipants(reportersandlisteners) willgetanemailletterwithalinktothevideo-conferencingplatformandinstructions for using the system at least one day before the conference.Itispossibletoparticipatewithvideoreports.
Certificateswillbeprovidedtoallparticipantsandlisteners (thelatterwillreceivethemiftheyhavebeenpresentatallonlineoractualconferencesessions).
